" Hands on Culinary Classes" - 10 Students are set up with a workstation identical to the Chef's where you learn to execute both recipes and skills, then take home the recipes and finished product. Cooking for One, Couples Cooking, Crisps and Cobblers, Knife Skills, Edible Centerpieces, Heavenly Hors d'Oeuvres, Chocolate Sensations, and Wedding Cake Decoration... to name a few.
Culinary Demonstrations - 1 hour condensed versions of the Hands On Classes with sampling and recipes to take home. Consider having a culinary demo first followed by a wedding shower with your friends. Great gift for the newlywed.
Kitchen Boot Camp - This is a five day program that will immerse frustrated but hopefuls in the methods and techniques needed to be a good cook. Consider giving this as a bridal gift! No experience necessary. Students coming out of this program will receive an apron, chef jacket, certificate of completion, recipes and a lot more confidence! The price is $800 inclusive.
